Holidays The BorderTransportationSystem will be open 24/7/365 and thus will be open on various holidays, both American and Mexican.  Each nation's Border Patrol Agents, Franchise workers, BorderTransportationSystem workers will have to set up employee schedules for the workers.  It is imperative that all facilities remain fully manned at all times, the safety and comfort of the travelers is a must, and any failures to maintain facilities should be reported and investigated by a five (5) person panel of volunteer workers assigned for each infraction.  The panel's decision will be final and it may require that workers be fired, fined, and if found to be neglect due to a management decision, the management will be held responsible and may be changed.  Any Franchise that does not operate to par will be de-franchised and replaced by a more reliable franchise.
