Monitor Room Shifts The BorderTransportationSystem is nearly fully automatic and thus, each vehicle in the system must be tracked 100% of the time.  This will require one or more monitoring stations that are looking at a battery of sensors.  This monitoring room must be a 24/7/365 situation, and must have sufficient employees to safely monitor all of the sensors.  It is imperative that all facilities remain fully manned at all times, the safety and comfort of the travelers is a must, and any failures to maintain facilities should be reported and investigated by a five (5) person panel of volunteer workers assigned for each infraction.  The panel's decision will be final and it may require that workers be fired, fined, and if found to be neglect due to a management decision, the management will be held responsible and may be changed.  Index of ...
