Schedules for each Type of Worker The BorderTransportationSystem will have a variety of workers.  There will be Border Patrol Federal Employees, Mexican State Border Patrol Employees, franchise employees, maintenance employees, system monitoring employees, entry / exit toll taker employees, construction workers, track and road inspectors, rail car inspectors and maintenance personnel, accounting and banking personnel, scheduling personnel, Human Resources, managers, and more.  Like any successful business adventure there needs to be sufficient personnel on duty to do the required work, and there also must be contingent plans in the event that one or more employees are not available for work during his or her assigned shift.  This can be due to accident, sickness, transportation problems, weather problems, death, family emergency, etc.   All employees must immediately notify his or her immediate supervisor if going to be late or missing from work the day he or she is required to be at work. It is imperative that all facilities remain fully manned at all times, the safety and comfort of the travelers is a must, and any failures to maintain facilities should be reported and investigated by a five (5) person panel of volunteer workers assigned for each infraction.  The panel's decision will be final and it may require that workers be fired, fined, and if found to be neglect due to a management decision, the management will be held responsible and may be changed.  Index of ...
