Vacations The BorderTransportationSystem will be open 24/7/365.  The American and Mexican employees will though need a vacation from time to time.  It is suggested that vacations be offered as seasonal vacations, i.e., Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall.  This will allow for a variety of independent vacation plans and also cut the number of employees on vacation at any one time.  Currently most companies schedule all vacations in the summer so that parents can take their school age children on vacation, but this penalizes the single person that wants to take advantage of lower off-season pricing or winter sports {it gets hot along our southern border}.  Each nation's Border Patrol Agents, Franchise workers, BorderTransportationSystem workers will have to set up employee schedules for the workers.  It is imperative that all facilities remain fully manned at all times, the safety and comfort of the travelers is a must, and any failures to maintain facilities should be reported and investigated by a five (5) person panel of volunteer workers assigned for each infraction.  The panel's decision will be final and it may require that workers be fired, fined, and if found to be neglect due to a management decision, the management will be held responsible and may be changed.  Any Franchise that does not operate to par will be de-franchised and replaced by a more reliable franchise.
