No Fishing or Hunting Areas The route will have places where the earth is dug up and displaced, the idea here is to do what several northern states did with the excess dirt and rock, and the holes left where dirt and rock were dug up as needed. The northern states have made Watering Holes for animals, these oasis in the middle of nowhere attract birds, insects, reptiles and mammals. After a period of time, the areas can be open to hunting and fishing as the populations increase.
