Confiscated Vehicle - Temporary Parking If a Border Patrol Agent finds a vehicle that is being used for smuggling contraband, then he or she will arrest the operator and all other occupants, and then confiscate the vehicle.  This will require an area out of the main traffic area, and it may require storage of the vehicle until it can be transported to an location where it can be torn apart as agents look for more contraband, and then destroyed and sold for scrap.
