Holding Areas When a shipment of humans are detected those doing the shipping or transport are arrested and jailed, but those that were being transported need to be processed and either granted access to America, or detained until transported to a immigration court containment center.  Thus, there is a need for a temporary at the border detainment area for from one to a few dozen immigrants.  The area will require showers and baths for both sexes, and may require a Medical Mini-Clinic for those injured.  Also, food and water may be required if the transport pickup time is only once or twice per day.
