Realign Borders Since the Rio Grande River, some portions of the California, Arizona, and New Mexico segments are 'Right Angles' there will have to be deviations to the BorderTransportationSystem route that smooth the turns and avoid middle of the river construction.  There is no intent to actually redraw the border, but there has to be route construction inland for many segments; and if following existing roads, then the inland route will be in Mexico in some areas and in the U.S.A. in other areas. This should not be a problem as people can move only as far as the BorderTransportationSystem before needing to show proper ID.  Some people will be unconvinced by this, and we propose that these people be granted 'free' border crossing access as long as he or she lives in an area that is not his or her primary nation.   Example:  A Mexican National lives in Mexico, but the route cuts him or her off from other parts of Mexico, or an American Citizen that lives in the U.S.A., but the route cuts him or her off from the U.S.A..  Each would be checked, provided with a free ID, and allowed to pass the checkpoints for free for life as long as he or she lives in that area.
