Fish Farms using Salt Water The world's oceans are getting hotter and more polluted by the day, and this is causing massive problems in the food chain.  We are also increasing our populations worldwide by the hour and with each baby born we decrease the food available, therefore any attempt to increase food production should be welcomed.  To run a fish hatchery one needs a good supply of water, fish food, and water temperature control, and the BorderTransportationSystem can supply all three.  The system will have solar, wind, and other means of generating massive amounts of electrical energy, and this can be used for chillers and temperature controllers used to keep the hatchery water at the proper temperatures for raising each variety of fish.   The supply of both fresh and salt water will accommodate the raising of various sea creatures and ocean fish, along with several types of fresh water fish.  The BorderTransportationSystem therefore opens up the possibility of hundreds of new hatcheries that can employ thousands of American and Mexicans, and thus provide food for millions of Americans and Mexicans.  The hatcheries will have to purchase the electric and the water, and there should be a small per fish fee of a few Pesos charged when the individual fish is sold to the markets.  Additional funds will be generated by admission fees for visitors to see how a hatchery is run; and for transport of the fish to market via the High-Speed Rail.
