Industrial Plants Currently there are many U.S.A. industrial plants that have moved deep into Mexico or to limited Mexican border towns for low-cost workers, ease of transportation for materials and finished products.  This is draining income from Americans, and has become a sore spot in American Politics.  Towns on the border that do not have access to modern high-speed transportation are limited and many are near failing. The BorderTransportationSystem is an answer to both problems, that of not having transportation for goods and the need to supply Americans and Mexicans with good paying jobs.  The BorderTransportationSystem will supply ample low cost electrical energy and it will also supply a means of getting materials and goods to both the Atlantic and the Pacific sea ports in hours instead of days or weeks.  These combine to lower the cost considerable and thus allow better wages and benefits for the workers, be they American or Mexican.  The system makes money by charging for the fuels, the water, and the transport of the materials and the finished goods.  A small fee should also be added to each product produced, this fee will offset the maintenance and future replacement of the system.
