Tourism

The United States of America is one of, if not the, best tourist areas in the world; the U.S.A. has much to see; its sight include Native American Reservations and Ruins, historic buildings, historic battlegrounds, wild western towns, amusement parks, and natural phenomena like the Grand Canyon and the Big Bend National Park.

The U.S.A.'s largest industry is tourism*, and we invite people from all over the world into our country in an effort to get them to spend time and money here.  The BorderTransportationSystem will open up areas to tourist that hereof were not feasible or could not be done during one visit to America, i.e., see both the east coast and the west coast during the same stay.  Yes, it is possible to catch a jet and move across the nation in a day, but air travel has become an expensive and tiring inconvenience to many.  A few relaxing hours on a 250-350 mile an hour train viewing the changing scenery while listening to a National Park Service guide explain the route, and while dining and sipping a cool brew will be appealing to the foreign and domestic traveler that wants to see both coast and everything in-between.

For those that want to only see the coastal area and want to have a good meal and a good nights sleep, there can be nighttime 'sleeper' units for a reasonable fee.

For those that want to use their vehicles, there will be vehicle transport cars that will cost less to use than driving three to six days across the nation and staying in motels, dodging traffic, avoiding poor weather, and being ripped-off during the trip by those that prey on travelers.
