CAD Files Computer Aided Drafting files will be needed for creating the Blueprints needed for all aspects of the BorderTransportationSystem components.  Many of these drawings will be from outside vendors that are supplying portions of the project.  There must be a secure depository that holds these files for future use and reference. All vendors will be required to submit a package of drawings along with proper instructions on obtaining parts, servicing parts, and replacing parts that it supplies to the BorderTransportationSystem.  Proprietary files shall be labeled as such and only those permitted to view these will be allowed to access each via a secure access system.
