Sideways 'U' shaped Center Dividers The BorderTransportationSystem is designed to not only provide high-speed individual and commercial transportation along our U.S.A. / Mexican border, but also to prevent unauthorized trespass between the two nations.   To do this one needs a means of preventing a person or persons from climbing or walking over the highway / railway.  To do this it is proposed that the high center divider towers that support the High-Speed Rail be two back to back 'U' shaped concave surfaces, similar to _> <_  with rounded edges at the top platform area.   {Need drawing of this } Road side sound barrier walls have been used for decades, and several companies make these easy to transport and assemble barrier; Tucson, Arizona's I-19 near Ajo Road is a prime example of what can be.  The barriers are factory made and are hung on a supporting structure where needed.  Each is embossed with Western designs and add interest to the highway.  The companies making these should be contracted to see if they can make similar barriers to prevent climbing.
