Upside Down Center Divider The 'T'  shaped center divider of the BorderTransportationSystem is a 30' high tower with concave sides that prevent climbers from scaling the outer walls.  The top of the tower is a 'T' with the two High-Speed Rail lines (one east bound, one west bound).  The edges of the 'T' may to some present a place to toss a grappling hook, and thus try to scale the structure.  To help prevent this, the top edges of the 'T' will be rounded and smooth so as to present a surface that is difficult to impossible to grab.     {Need drawing of this } Index of ...
