Where Needed The desalination plants are needed at each of the 35 or more stations along the BorderTransportationSystem route.  In additions to this, there may be branch lines to isolated towns and farms that run alongside the U.S.A. / Mexican border.  The initial design will be for the stations, but the pipeline design should be such that branches can be easily added for pulling water from the primary lines to local desalination plants of various size.  Index of ...
