Generate Electric Power Texas currently has its grid system that is Not connected to the U.S.A. electric grids, this would have to change for the BorderTransportationSystem to properly work along the U.S.A. / Mexican border. The BorderTransportationSystem is designed to produce several times more power than will be required for its use.  This excess electric can be sold to residents and businesses in both the U.S.A. and Mexico.  There will be 'banking' of the  power so that when needed due to no sunlight or no wind, the system can 'tap' into the 'banked' power, i.e., the National Power Grid.
