Mexican Tourist to the U.S.A. Many Americans do not know or understand the vast amount of business we do with our neighbors in Mexico.  They do not know that every day tens of thousands of Mexicans enter the U.S.A. legally to work, go to school, tour our land, or shop in our stores.  These people provide tens of millions of income to Americans each year and are fully welcome by our business communities. The BorderTransportationSystem will allow Mexicans to legally enter the U.S.A. at any of the existing Border Patrol stations as is currently allowed.  The difference is that if a Mexican citizen enters the system in say El Paso, he or she can take the system to say Brownsville and back.  He or she will need a 'Mexican International Travel Pass' in order to get through the gates from one nation to the other.
