Visitor ID Tracking Visitors to the U.S.A. currently may need Visas, Work Papers, or other forms of ID, the system is currently a scattering of various paperwork and thus, it becomes somewhat difficult to properly track to see if a visitor has overstayed his or her visit.  A new ID is needed that places a visitor's fingerprint and ID card picture {hence number} into a database that is nationally coordinated, and at border stations the person not only shows {inserts card into machine} but also has to put finger on scanner {scanner is disinfected with spray between users}; the two items, card and fingerprint must equal the database file.  This will take the use of a super-computer system, but can be done.  The time and date of the entry is recorded and the person must also use the system to leave the country, thus we can track both the entry and the exit of all visitors.  The BorderTransportationSystem will need to use this system, and also a separate Transport ID that is provided at the time of entry or purchase of any ride on the system.
