National Security and Mexico

U.S.A. and Mexico Border Security depends on cooperation in providing transportation, energy, fresh water, and jobs. We have the 'key' components of the solution, but have not put these into a comprehensive system that will satisfy each requirement, our proposal which has been submitted to the President of Mexico, and to our Interior Department has received positive review, but due to the overall cost to implement has been shelved, for now. We propose that with proper funding to complete design, prototype, and presentations, that we can obtain the support needed to draw in investors and then implement the proposal. This proposal will provide jobs for not just a year, but for a century and thus, provide prosperity for tens of millions of citizens of both nations.

Fuel is a commodity that is running short of supply and is increasing in price, thus industries that rely on fuels such as aviation fuel will in the next 20 to 50 years be obsolete and thus, create massive transportation problems. Solar, wave, wind, geo, bio, and nuclear fuels are plentiful and can power any number of ground based transportation needs. We in the U.S.A. are expanding our population by about 2.5 million people per year, which is putting a huge burden on our current transportation systems. We also have a U.S.A. Mexico border security problem that no wall will solve; the solution is to provide work, jobs, to those that need to support self and families on both sides of the border.

But, the border region of the U.S.A. is not conducive to residential or commercial development due to lack of water, fuels, and transportation. We have contacted the Mexican President and their Department of Transportation and they are in agreement in principle, but need to see more public and private financial and design support. We have the solution, we have the preliminary concept and design, and with proper backing we can make this happen. The result would be tens of thousands of immediate jobs, thousands of maintained jobs, and millions of potential jobs as this 'new' territory opens up to commerce and prosperity for all.

The Panama Canal currently provides a means of mass transport of materials between the Atlantic to the Pacific, this puts Mexico and the U.S.A. in an non-secure position as China or any other nation can eventually take over the Canal Zone and lock our Corporate Transport out; We also have the problem that air travel is getting expensive and with more and more fuel shortages will become too expensive for the average traveler. Amtrak and our Freight Railroads are slow and due to lack of proper track updates are getting dangerous. We have helped the world get High-Speed Rail, and we have since the 1960's experimented with Mag-Lev, Hyperloop, and other very high-speed surface transport.

I personally was involved with the engineering, design, construction, and implementation of the first 48-track Route Switching Yard, the first computer controlled Amtrak East Coast Signal System, and did the working model of the People Mover for Ford Motor Company. Combining all the elements into a comprehensive solution that begins with a combination highway, pipeline, energy generation stations, water purifying stations, and high-speed rail on can provide an alternative to the Panama Canal, which is a U.S.A. / Mexico Border High-Speed transportation corridor; a corridor that can easily contain audio, video, infrared, radar, and sniffing sensors that would make for a very secure and near impenetrable border. The corridor would cut days off of shipping travel, add fuel and water to the desert areas so each can be developed into residential and commercial communities.

Currently the Panama Canal is the main route for all shipping, including our Naval Forces between the Atlantic and the Pacific, this proposal will provide a super-fast alternative that cannot be closed down or limited if the Canal Zone decides to no longer be our primary 'shortcut'. {China, Russia, Dictators, terrorist, etc.}.

This corridor would replace the proposed and current walls that can be scaled, dug under, or have thing thrown over {illegal drugs and non-documented workers} and its size, sensor monitoring, traffic, and design would all but eliminate unauthorized crossings. It would though bring needed water, electric, industry and jobs to both sides of the border, and thus cut the need for illegal crossing and the cost to the U.S.A. for capture, detention, courts, and deportations.
