Native American Lands
As many already know the U.S.A. Native Americans are a sovereign nations that have certain rights under treaties with the U.S.A. government. Along the route of the BorderTransportationSystem are both Native American and Native Mexican lands that have to be protected and respected.
There are sacred lands on the Mexican side of the border that are somewhat blocked from use or visits by those living on the American side of the border. Some sort of agreement needs to be made, and there may even be the possibility of fencing in access to these lands.
The BorderTransportationSystem will cut through Native American and Native Mexican lands, so there has to be a benefit to those living in the vicinity of the border, this can be water for farming or housing, electrical for factories and housing, a tourist stop, etc.
