   FAQ / WHY?

Parks, Federal, States, and Local

Both the U.S.A. and Mexico have parklands along the BorderTransportationSystem route, and there should not be any obstruction to each from either side of the border.  One of the benefits of having a BorderTransportationSystem is that it will provide very fast access to parks and national forest that here fore have been difficult, if not impossible, for the average citizen to access.  The fact that the BorderTransportationSystem will start at our two major seaport areas also will allow tens of thousands of foreign visitors each year to experience portions of America and Mexico not normally visited, which will be an economic benefit to both nations.
