Communications People traveling the BorderTransportationSystem by vehicle or by the High-speed rail system will want to have access to the Internet, to GPS, to help if needed, and to phone use.  All communications are subject to 'dead spots' and 'signal strength variations' due to terrain, blockage from metal and other solid objects, and from motion as that of a High-speed train ride.
