Pet Areas The passenger cars on the BorderTransportationSystem are mainly for people, but there may be 'Service Dogs', people's pets, and the transport of other animals.  Thus, there should be methods of transporting these animals from point A to B., with or without their owners and masters present. For large animals like cattle and horses, there will have to be separate transport cars, whereas for small animals like dogs and cats, there can be an area on a standard passenger car that is secure.  Stations along the route shall have 'pet' rest areas and means for the owner to walk his or her pet, and clean up behind each. The Border Patrol may bring their drug-sniffing dogs on and train car at any time they feel there is a possibility of a criminal act being committed.   Additionally, the Border Patrol may transport their drug-people-sniffing dogs from Border Patrol Station to Station as needed.
