View Seating Normally, in riding on a train one has a window or two from which he or she can view the countryside.  Some of the trains do have Observation Cars that have swivel seats, lots of glass, and good 360 views.  The design of the BorderTransportationSystem may contain some excellent view, and unfortunately some not so great seating.  Thus, it is proposed that each seat have a video monitor that can be switched from speakerphone, to Television, to CCTV showing NPS films, to movies, and to a peak out the front window of the first car or engine.
