Vibration The BorderTransportationSystem will have many pipes within the 'T' section of the system and there will be high-speed and very high-speed rail traffic to both sides and on the top of the 'T'.  The 'T' will have enclosed walls with the pipes on the interior, thus protected from wind and weather conditions. There may be vibrations as winds blow and trains rumble by; the expansion joints and the sliding mounts should take care of most vibration, but engineering studies will have to be conducted to assure that any vibration encountered will not damage the pipes.
