Rail Bed Internal Stairways The BorderTransportationSystem has elevated High-Speed rails and these are on 'T' type towers that are in the middle of a multi-lane super highway.  The towers contain piping and various communications that make the system operate efficiently and safely.  There will be an need for staircases within these towers for maintenance personnel to be able to inspect and repair components as needed.  These stairways can be factory built, modular, and interchangeable within the system.
