Stations and Border Patrol Facilities Although it would be nice, and maybe pretty, to have different facilities at each stop, the economy of scale dictates that one-design be chosen and used at each location.  The design can be modular in that if only one module is needed at station 'A' it be used, and if five modules are needed at station 'B', each be used.  Geography and weather conditions need to be considered, as well as sever weather possibilities such as hurricanes and tornadoes.  After the specifications are complete the BorderTransportationSystem will ask for bids for these modules.
