Automatic Computer Controlled One option to having a super highway included in the BorderTransportationSystem is to have a device that automatically controls the vehicles that enter the system.  This device would take over the operation of the vehicle and keep it at speed, at interval, and within the proper lane.  This would also prevent a person from getting off the super highway at an exit that the person is not authorized to exit at, i.e., an American exiting into Mexico or visa versa.
