Camera and Central Monitoring A key feature of the BorderTransportationSystem is the use of Camera and Central Monitoring.  Cameras will be installed at intervals along the system and out of the weather so that all rails can be seen, and any persons approaching the system will be detected.  Additionally the interior of the 'T' towers will have cameras installed at entry/exits, and at any sensitive locations.  The cameras will have fiber optic feeds or LED Li-Fi communications to the central monitoring station, these feeds will be on the interior of the 'T' towers and thus secure against wind, rain, ice, and people.  Redundancy will be used.
