Wall motion and Infrared Sensors The BorderTransportationSystem is designed to prevent human or animal intrusions onto the tracks, optional super-highway, and Mag Lev track systems, thus a means of detecting the intrusions day or night, in fair or inclement weather. Additionally, in the event of a disaster like a rock slide, earthquake, collapse, or explosion the system needs to immediately shut-down all trains and vehicles.  The sensors used must not falsely trigger on normal train or wind vibrations, but must trigger on major event vibrations.  The infrared sensors must detect humans or animals, and signal the intrusion.  Index of ...
