System Headquarters The BorderTransportationSystem is currently headquartered out of Tucson, Arizona some 60 miles from the Nogales, AZ / Mexico crossing.   This is a popular tourism area and is great for 'Snowbirds' that also include many foreigners that come to get reasonable dental and medical care.
