Water Removal
Tunnels that are properly built have very little water entry from the entry and exits, but may have much water seepage through the rocks and walls of the tunnel. This water has to be considered and removed, and must not effect the sensors, communications, pipelines, or any part of the security system of the BorderTransportationSystem.
Track that is raised about the floor of the tunnel will prevent some of the possible damage, and covers over sensitive electrical component will also help. Drainage channels with gravity drainage or pumps may be needed. Existing working tunnels need to be studied and copied if deemed excellent.
